Haha Linda it was something that I "needed to try" while I was out here. It tastes like venison but maybe a bit tougher. The locals say that If the meat is overcooked than it will be super tough. I enjoyed it but I will admit it did sketch me out because I kept picturing the animal in my head which is weird cause that doesn't happen when I have steak or chicken.
and...I am assuming that you had dinner after you saw the kangaroo, how could you. What does it taste like?
